“Painting primarily in acrylic and mixed media, my choice of subjects are landscape, seascape, floral and still life. Observing the mood, color, lines, and texture of my surroundings inspires me to paint. Color and texture are my greatest tools for creative expression. That is why my preferred medium is acrylics because it is so versatile. My method of painting is a representational process with a degree of manipulation to give the viewer an expressionistic effect of the subject.
Through my paintings I want my viewers to look more closely and discover the treasures along the journey of life. It is about making people aware of the uniqueness of everyday things that the Creator has provided for us.”
